Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Toyota Tundra, you're gonna be taking a look at, and I'm gonna be showing you how to install the Bardhaman Fifth Wheel Gooseneck 90 Degree Wiring Harness with 7 pole plug, part number 50-97-410.This is what our 7 pole plug's gonna look like in the bed of our truck. This is gonna provide you with running a wire from the bed of your truck to your trailer when being towed rather than running it over your top of your tailgate, down to the bumper. It's also gonna have a spring-loaded cap that's gonna help keep corrosion and dirt, grime from getting on your connections.This is gonna give you all the proper functions needed to tow your trailer safely down the road. It's gonna give you both turn signals, your brake lights, your running lights and your ground. It's also gonna give you the option for reverse lights and to run brakes, if you have brakes on your trailer. It's very simple to install, it's gonna come with all the necessary hardware, it's gonna plug directly into factory wiring.Now that we've gone over some of the features, let's show you how to get it installed. more

Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck Wiring Harness Installation - 2010 Toyota Tundra- Video
Today on our 2010 Toyota Tundra, we're going to be taking a look at and installing the Draw-Tite fifth wheel and gooseneck wiring harness with a 7-pole connector, part number 20110. Here's what the fifth wheel gooseneck wiring looks like once it's installed in the truck. As you can see, it's tucked away nicely over here on the side of the bed. It's got this little housing for the 7-way connector that has a spring-loaded lid, in order to help keep out any dirt and debris. It's a nice, easy install. It comes with all the hardware that you'll need in order to install it. Something that's really nice about this wiring setup is that you don't have to run any extra wiring up into the cabin or under the hood. It just simply plugs in to your existing 7-way wiring. First thing we'll want to do to begin our install is we'll want to locate a good spot in the bed for us to mount this. more

Curt 5th Wheel Wiring Harness Installation - 2015 Toyota Tundra- Video
Today on our 2015 Toyota Tundra, we're going to show you how to install the Curt Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Connector, part number is C56000. To begin our installation, we're going to figure out to start where we're going to be mounting our 7-way plug. As you can see, this gives us an extension or a way to move these remotely from the wiring itself to allow us to hook up maybe a popup key or gooseneck, fifth wheel, stuff like that. Now, we're going to be mounting it somewhere over here in the back side of the truck, unless you need it somewhere else, each application may be a little bit different. I would avoid the sunk in areas. Those are really close to the bed side. What we're looking for is enough area for this once it flushes up against the truck there for this to pass through and also a plug that will be on that back side, so typically down lower in this area is a good idea. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2002 Toyota Tundra- Video
Today on this 2002 Toyota Tundra we're going to install part number C55378. This is the CURT t-connector wiring harness with the 4-pole flat trailer connector. Our first stop is underneath the hood. We need to look for a port where this wire harness will plug into. Typically it's located right here next to the battery. Now sometimes you may have to move the battery around to get access to it. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2001 Toyota Tundra- Video
Today on our 2001 Toy0ta Tundra, we'll be installing the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, part number C55378. We'll begin here underneath the rear of the vehicle, over here on the drivers side. You'll see that there's a large gray plug right here that actually has an end cap in it. To unplug this, we'll simply push in on the locking tab and gently pull downward. This is the wiring that we'll be tying in the new Curt T-Connector wiring harness to. Now for the box and the 4-flat end of the wiring harness, we're going to route it up here through the frame. This will allow us to protect the box, as well as give us a good flat area to secure the box using the 2-sided tape. We'll go ahead and use a little bit of rubbing alcohol to clean the surface first, before we attach the 2-sided tape to the box, and then attach the box to the frame of the vehicle. We'll go ahead and plug in our connection from the new wiring harness to the factory wiring harness, making sure that we hear the locking tab click into place. We'll go ahead and use a few zip-ties to secure up any excess wiring. Now for the 4-flat, we'll route it down here to the center of the hitch area. We'll then take the cover for the 4-flat, put it on the end of the 4-flat, and then loop it through the safety chain hole on the hitch. Once that goes through, we'll take the end cap and put it back over the end of our 4-flat. more

Hopkins Endurance Fifth Wheel Wiring Harness Installation - 2012 Toyota Tundra- Video
Today on our 2012 Toyota Tundra, well be installing the Hopkins Endurance fifth wheel and gooseneck 90 degree wiring harness, part number 41157.To begin our install, well first move into the truck bed to mount our new seven pole connector. Here on the drivers side is a great location. In order to install our new seven pole connector, well first need to cut out the hole in the bed side using the 1 inch hole saw bit as per the instructions. Well go ahead and cut it out now.Next we will take the new wiring harness and feed it from underneath the vehicle up through the cut out hole. Now we have access to it in the truck bed, were going to go ahead and apply some dielectric grease to the connector as provided with their install kit. Then we can go ahead and plug the wiring harness into the back of the new seven pole connector.To mount our seven pole connector here to the side of the bed, well use the self-tapping screws provided with the install kit. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2008 Toyota Tundra- Video
Today, on this 2008 Toyota Tundra were going to install part #: HM11143395 from Hopkins. This Hopkins tow package wiring kit for Toyota Tundra. To help us install this kit were also going to use part #: 18140 from Tow Ready. This is their universal mounting bracket. Well start off that part first. Well go ahead and take it and attach it to the top of the hitch and then clamp it in place. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2001 Toyota Tundra 118378- Video
Today on our 2001 Toyota Tundra well be installing the Tow Ready T1 connector, part number 118378. First well need to go ahead and open up the hood to the engine compartment. Well remove the negative battery cable, disconnecting the vehicles electrical system. Were going to go ahead and use the Power Dome LT, part number WC2464 jump box. We can maintain electrical system current so that we dont lose any of the preset functions of the vehicle. To do this well plug the black wire onto the negative battery cable as we remove from the battery, or a ground of the vehicle as seen here on the fender, and then the red clamp well route to the positive battery terminal, or cable as we remove it from the battery. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2002 Toyota Tundra 118378- Video
All right today on this 2002 Toyota Tundra were going to install part number 118378 from Tow Ready. All right, the first thing we need to do is go ahead and install a fuse holder by the battery. All right, now therell be a gray connector between the battery and the fender. Well take the cap off, well install our wire harness. Now, in some vehicles you can see these connectors and some dont, so it may be a good idea to go ahead and move the battery out of the way to find it. And also, some vehicles have a connector already installed to the hot lead to the battery. more
